We provide a range of offerings that are customized, blended and in some cases infused into offerings that enable you to “Live Heart Forward.” Everything in our universe is vibration and energy and we will help to raise your vibration, balance your chakras and shed things that no longer serve you. Whether you experience a one on one Crystal Reiki Session or Sound Healing or a blend of those modalities you will feel the energy shift, coming away more grounded and balanced.
Melody empowers you to maintain your state of balance in between sessions through a new offering of high vibration crystals which you can utilize in your meditations. Another new offering in the space of plant based medicine are hand crafted infusions of organic herbs/flowers with organic, virgin olive oil.
If you are feeling the need to connect with others in the community you may want to consider participation in a Sacred Cacao Circle of Gratitude. Sacred Cacaos is loaded with nutrients, and is often referred to as “Food of the Gods.” Our cacao circles incorporate sound bowls, crystals and offer the opportunity to open the heart chakra, and come into a space of gratitude.

REIKI CRYSTAL HEALING
A reiki crystal healing session is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, clothing on, minimal contact therapy of placing crystals and stones on the body (in person) or on a chakra layout for a distance session.

SacRED CACAO CIRCLES
Cacao Circles are the foundation of our Living Heart Forward offerings, and part of our overall mission of helping people to live heart forward. We offer group virtual cacao circles monthly through ZOOM, in person at select locations in the New York/New Jersey area. If you have already experienced sacred cacao and would like to share this beautiful practice with friends or family we are happy to create a custom private circle at your destination.
